I build agentic AI tooling for SRE and CI/CD: autonomous incident investigation, zero-touch PR review, governed internal assistants. It runs on Kubernetes and AWS infrastructure that is not allowed to go down.

Now

Three things currently take most of my time at Hootsuite.

An agentic SRE platform, running in production

An extensible agent platform spanning 6 Kubernetes environments that triggers its own incident investigations and CI triage. 10+ MCP servers feed it real-time execution context, so it reasons about what is actually happening in the cluster rather than about a stale runbook. It measurably moved both MTTD and MTTR.

  • LLM gateway
  • Kubernetes

AI inside the SDLC

Autonomous agents in the delivery path: zero-touch PR approvals for infrastructure changes and automated code analysis, which removed a standing queue of manual review.

A governed internal assistant

A company-wide assistant built with Legal and Security rather than around them: secure self-service for hundreds of engineers in Slack, under real compliance constraints.
